Facing stiff competition from a progressively cluttered market, iconic British jewellery brand, Butler & Wilson, appointed Ebitt to improve its online offering. By refreshing its brand, overhauling its ecommerce site and establishing a social presence, we helped the brand appeal to a wider audience.

Butler & Wilson’s website consists of more than 4,000 products and so our first task was to simplify the user journey. We developed a new wire frame and ensured that it worked seamlessly across all platforms. The new, responsive design featured product categories, tasteful product photography and brand-specific lifestyle imagery, which combined to ensure that the new site hit the right tone with more people. As a result, conversion and dwell time continue to grow each month.
Social media advertising
We developed Butler & Wilson’s social identity and established its presence on a number of social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram. Introducing a consistent brand voice and a robust social strategy led to a bigger and more engaged social community.
